Board approves extension to 2027 for Stones River / Opry Mills greenway connector project

Staff recommended approval; the board voted to approve the amendment.
The staff presentation referenced federal project number TAP9312(118) and state project number 19LPLMF3153. Director Odom and the board said the extension will allow the project team to accommodate remaining work within federal and state funding timelines.
The motion to approve was moved and seconded and the board passed the amendment by voice vote. No additional funding changes were announced at the meeting.
