The board approved the travel request by motion and the presenters described the trip as a team-building and season-start opportunity that can connect athletes and coaches with the National Cheerleaders Association’s programs and potential scholarship exposure. “It’s really a fun event. Really team bonding right at the beginning of the year,” a presenter said.
Board members voiced support for the trip and offered congratulations to the program as it prepares for the upcoming season.
