District to migrate board materials from BoardDocs to Diligent; tentative August 1 start

At the June 24 meeting, McHenry School District 15 staff said the district is migrating its board-management materials from BoardDocs to Diligent Community and expects a tentative go‑live date of Aug. 1.
Staff said Diligent acquired BoardDocs and that the new platform offers an updated interface, broader editing access and training opportunities for board secretaries and staff. The presenter said training sessions are underway and that board members will receive email access to the new platform ahead of the launch.
Board members were told staff will update them by email and offer training opportunities; no board action was required at the meeting.
