During the public-comment period at the July 1 council meeting, Eric Henderson identified himself as a representative of The Talk Shop on KOCA 93.5 FM and invited the City of Laramie and city staff to use the station's public service announcement system to inform residents after a recent tornado sighting in Albany County.
"Following the tornado about 2 weeks ago ... I wanted to extend an invitation to the city of Laramie council and city staff to utilize the public service announcement system within our station to educate the public," Henderson said.
