Drew Kolakowski, executive director of NPAC, presented revised designs for two identical painted signs — one at a street-facing location and a courtyard location — that use a sans serif font and include edge banding. The revised signs match the size and locations of signs used by the prior tenant. Committee members had no objections to the revisions. Kevin Kuester moved to approve the first sign; Paul Wolf seconded; the committee voted unanimously in favor. The committee then approved the courtyard sign in a separate motion. Both approvals were recorded as advisory recommendations to the Historic District Commission.
Kolakowski said the size and placement were unchanged from the prior tenant and that the revisions addressed the committee's earlier comments. The committee noted the applicant's responsiveness to prior feedback and voted to forward the advisory recommendations to the HDC for final action.
