The recommendation to advance the final plat came from the Troy Planning Commission and was presented to the committee by Mister Titterington, who said the final plat conforms with the approved preliminary plan and that the commission offered a positive recommendation. "This is actually a request for approval of Section 1. Section 1 is approximately 24 acres," Titterington said.
