City staff said the added scope will let consultants finalize utilities and hardscape details and fold Prouty Plaza design into the overall bid specifications. "We will incorporate the detailed design on Prouty Plaza into the overall, bid specs that the council then can then review and authorize, bid," said Mr. Titterington, a city staff member leading the presentation.
