Troy panel backs forwarding DORA time change, agreements for Aug. 23 Tour de Donut to council

Mrs. Marshall, chair of the Troy Community Partnerships, said the panel met Monday to prepare a recommendation to the council on August’s Tour de Donut, including two event agreements and a change to the DORA start time on Aug. 23.
"Tonight, we are here to provide a recommendation to council regarding legislation related to the August tour de donut events, including an agreement with Can't Stop Running and notwithstanding wording, and also an agreement with Troy Main Street Incorporated and notwithstanding wording, amending the DORA start time on August 23 to 10AM," Marshall said.
