School Board approves expulsion with services and four administrative appointments after closed session

Mullen, from human resources generalist to human resources administrator — recruitment at the School Administration Building; and Doctor Joseph M. Shipper, from supervisor of assessment to supervisor of data and reporting at the School Administration Building. The appointments were moved by Kim Scott and seconded by Mr. Colon; the transcript records the motion carried with all board members present voting yes.
Separately in open session the board approved its annual slate of board representatives; that motion was moved by Mike Lemonia, seconded by Norman Poole and recorded as carrying with all present voting yes. The board also previously approved remote participation for attorney Nikki Chook for the closed session under bylaw 2‑3‑3.
