The commission also approved certificate resolutions concerning public monies, custodial agreements and pledged depository bonds for United Bank, WesBanco, and Hancock County Saving Bank.
The finance administrator reported the county spent less in the current month compared with the prior month and that, at the end of the year, every department was under its budgeted allowance. Commissioners approved the monthly financial report and consented to payment of routine bills. The meeting recorded the general county bills total as $43,992.79 and BeeCard funds total as $30,738.45; animal shelter, sheltered workshop and library levy fund bills were also approved after review.
No objections were recorded during the approvals. The actions were presented as routine fiscal housekeeping and did not include newly authorized spending beyond the approved line-item adjustments.
