Councilors asked that the 20‑year discounted admission program that guarantees reduced admission ($10 adult / $5 child) not start until the first full season; Deputy Chief Horn asked legal to add an addendum so the discounted program’s start would be the May 2026 season rather than a partial 2025 season.
