City Attorney McCoy told the City Council on July 1 that one consent-agenda item concerning acquisition of real property for the Durango Road capital improvement project had been removed because the property owners and the city agreed on purchase terms.
McCoy also said the staff correction to consent agenda item 4AK changes all references from 135 acres in Resolution No. 34-25 to 117.7 acres in the supporting materials; he said the correction does not materially change the agreement being considered.
Following those clarifications, a council member moved to approve the consent agenda with the removal of item 4AE and the correction of 4AK, a second was given, and the council unanimously approved the consent agenda.
The removal of item 4AE means the council did not take action on that specific property acquisition during the meeting; McCoy said the change stems from the owners agreeing to the citys purchase terms. The record shows the council approved the remainder of the consent agenda in a single motion and vote.
