The Waupaca Common Council on July 1 approved a series of license items, including a change of agent for True Hospitality LLC and the issuance of a taxi driver license and multiple operator (bartender) licenses.
Council members moved and seconded routine approval motions for each license report. For License Report No. 1726, the council approved a class B intoxicating liquor and class B fermented malt beverage license naming Katie Colby as agent for True Hospitality LLC; the motion was moved and seconded and adopted by voice vote. The council then approved License Report No. 1727 (taxi driver) and License Report No. 1728 (operator licenses) following similar motions and voice votes.
No council discussion beyond the motions was recorded on the public audio. Each item was described in the packet as routine; staff identified the True Hospitality LLC entry as the agent change connected to Par 4 Resort. The approvals were taken in open session; the council provided no additional conditions on the licenses on the meeting record.
The approvals covered only the items listed in license reports 1726–1728 as printed in the council packet.
