At its June 30 meeting the Madison City Council approved several administrative items on the consent agenda and in departmental reports.
The finance committee presented a three-year equipment service plan with Stryker for preventative maintenance of cardiac monitors at $15,305.60 per year to be paid from the fire department budget. The council also accepted a $50 donation from K Tran for programming at the Madison Senior Center; the amount will be deposited in the Senior Center donation account. Both items were on the consent agenda and were approved by motion.
In human resources, the council approved resolution 2025-197R for a professional services and software subscription agreement with Deputy Corporation Limited to implement an electronic timekeeping system. The implementation fee was presented as $23,000 plus an associated subscription fee for three years; the subscription begins after implementation completes and will be paid from the HR budget.
Council members approved the items during the consent and department report portions of the meeting; the clerk recorded roll-call ayes and announced the motions passed.
