After no members of the public spoke on the ordinance during the public hearing, a committee member moved to close the public portion and members then voted to introduce and adopt the ordinance. A roll-call vote on adoption recorded affirmative votes from the members present: Ray Ellis, Hodgson, William Pauls, Paul Rosenberg and Laura Fermer (all recorded "Yes" on the roll call presented at the meeting).
