Kenilworth Borough Council voted to adopt Ordinance 2025-05, which amends Chapter 106 of the borough code to incorporate a new bulk-waste program.
The council opened a public hearing specifically on Ordinance 2025-05; no members of the public spoke. Councilman Boyle moved to open the floor for public comment and Councilman Piper seconded the motion. After hearing no public remarks, the council closed the floor and moved to adopt the ordinance. The motion to adopt was made by Councilman Amaro and seconded by Councilman Finestrella; the council adopted the ordinance by recorded vote.
