The consent agenda was presented by the village clerk and adopted in one motion and second by the council. Roll-call voting recorded unanimous approval by Council Member Frank Mortimer, Deputy Mayor Perrin, Council Member Weitz, Council Member Siobhan Winograd and Council Member Vagianos.
