The Capital Area Road and Bridge District approved its March 31 minutes and ratified two administrative payments during its quarterly meeting.

Commissioners voted unanimously to accept the March 31 minutes. They then ratified a $225 payment to Rodell Parsons for a public records response and approved a $485 reimbursement to a local Catholic nonprofit for seven years of PO box use covering through May 2026.

Both motions were recorded by voice vote as approved. The chair asked the district treasurer to process the reimbursements and to note the PO box coverage through May 2026.
