The board said it expected the applicant to have installed landscaping and screening around mechanical equipment, and said that the current screening left equipment visible above the screening rather than fully concealed.
Planning staff said they would follow up through resolution-compliance procedures and check outstanding conditions. The board asked staff to verify landscaping installation, the adequacy of screening around HVAC and generator equipment, and the continued presence of a tractor-trailer at the site. Members said they wanted staff to report back on compliance so the board can ensure the approval conditions are implemented as approved.
