The resolution grants the town manager signature authority to act on behalf of the town for grant documents and to take actions necessary to carry out terms of any award. Board members voted in favor of the authorization during the meeting; one member was not present for the vote. The town manager will proceed with any required paperwork should the town be awarded funds and will report back to the board on award status and uses.
