"Before it becomes something drawn up on paper ... it might be worth reviewing it," a commissioner said, urging a joint site inspection with the board of selectmen and the open space committee.
Members recommended exploring the back, more barren area of the parcel (the rear sand area) as an alternative location that would preserve the Meadowwood view shed. The commission asked staff to coordinate with selectmen about the July 1 date and to confirm whether the open space committee or other groups will attend.
