Councilman Harter moved to accept prepared order number 1, concerning a proposed industrial development project pursuant to Chapter 100 RSMo for TW Constructors LLC; the motion received a second and carried on a voice vote.
The council then considered prepared order number 2, a communication from Jennifer Keating, acting director of procurement, and Rodney Gee, director of administration, requesting authorization to dispose of certain property. Councilman Harter moved to accept that order as well; a second was recorded and the motion carried.
