Resolution R25‑0546 reappointed Melissa Ray as the Fox Subdistrict representative and Resolution R25‑0547 reappointed Sharon Ranieri as the Northwest Subdistrict representative. Both resolutions were introduced, read by title and adopted on their first and final readings by voice vote (each 6‑0).
Susan Tuggle, identified in the meeting as chair of the library board, spoke in support of both reappointments. Tuggle told the council Ranieri has served for more than 20 years and that Melissa Ray brings a library‑department perspective from the Northwest School District. Council members who attended a recent library meeting commented that they found the board and staff cohesive and thanked the appointees for their service.
