The decision followed a staff recommendation and a presentation by the applicant’s consultant. Planning Division staff member Mitch told the commission the site is about 2.3 acres, currently contains a 12,117-square-foot commercial structure and is directly across Gravois Road from Northwest Middle School. Mitch said the application proposes reusing the existing building for a dance studio and recommended approval with conditions.
