The fiscal court received a monthly commissary report for the county jail and approved a list of new hires across county departments.
Jack Hayes presented the jail commissary report on behalf of Brian (absent while guarding an inmate). Hayes said the commissary began the month with $57,516.19, received $20,241.82 in receipts, disbursed $17,800.49 and ended the month with a cash balance of $59,957.51.
The court then approved a slate of new hires presented by staff: a list of hires included personnel for the recreation center and jail (names read into the record). The court voted on the personnel motions and the motions passed on roll-call.
