Associate Superintendent Minor introduced the personnel package, saying, "We would like to recommend approval of the following: B, administrative, C, certified, D, classified, E, classified exempt, F, supplemental, and G, athletic supplemental appointments at this time." The recommendation covered multiple categories of hires and personnel changes presented together for board approval.

Board members asked one question about item D‑1, a personnel entry dated February 2024. Miss Vicky, identified in the meeting as a staff member handling the matter, said the entry "was brought to us as a resignation that never saw board action" and explained the administration was seeking to "remedy that so that there's an action for the resignation." She clarified the item is a voluntary termination rather than an involuntary termination.

Miss Wicks moved approval of the package; Dr. Bailey seconded the motion. The motion was approved by the board at the meeting (see actions).
