The Big Walnut Local Schools Board of Education approved a change to elementary attendance boundaries from PRE to BWE at its June 26 meeting, and district officials said the adjustment will not affect student assignments.

Board members moved and seconded the recommendation to change the boundary as illustrated in the meeting packet; the motion passed on a roll call vote. When asked whether the change altered assignments, a district official responded, ‘‘No impact to students.’’
