The district will accept submissions until 2:00 p.m. on July 18, 2025. The board noted an informational buildings and grounds committee meeting on June 25, 2025; no further committee directions or contract awards were made during the meeting.
All three motions were recorded as carried. The approvals for hires and vehicle purchase are standard procurement and staffing actions; the RFQ authorization begins a separate procurement process under the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act that will require evaluation of submissions and subsequent board action before a contract is awarded.
