He said the change would not increase impervious area and in fact included new grassy pavers in the revised plan, producing a net decrease in impervious surface.
Staff recalled past practice: small, non‑impactful plan changes have been handled administratively when a stamped engineer’s letter confirms no increase in stormwater or resource‑area impacts. Commissioners agreed they would be comfortable making an administrative amendment at a future meeting if the applicant supplied a stamped letter certifying that post‑construction stormwater flows will remain the same or decrease and quantifying any net change in impervious area.
The applicant said planning‑board endorsement of the revised plan is expected July 14. The commission asked for the engineer’s letter and a summary of impervious change; staff will place the revision on the July 10 agenda for final action if the letter is submitted in time.
