Miss Spear, planning staff member, said the changes are largely technical and are intended to align the commission's procedures with chapter 2.90 of the Lakewood Municipal Code and guidance from the city attorney. "The term bylaw is actually an error according to our city attorney's office because the code, the municipal code, is what governs what you guys do," Miss Spear said during the meeting.
