Alley‑closing bill for proposed Sanaa Center put on hold after developer seeks amendment

Caroline Hecker, representing the developer, said the team now proposes to close the entire 10‑foot alley rather than only a portion and requested the committee delay action until a single amended bill can be submitted.
Committee members and Department of Transportation staff agreed the postponement was reasonable; the committee recessed action on that bill and will schedule it again when the consolidated amendment is ready.
