PSC accepts renewable portfolio reports and extends EV managed-charging rider with reporting requirement

MADISON, Wis. — The Public Service Commission on June 26 accepted reports from Wisconsin electric providers and aggregators on compliance with the state's renewable portfolio standard and directed staff to notify each provider of its compliance status. The Commission also approved an extension of the applicant's electric vehicle managed-charging (Charge Ahead) rider tariff and required the applicant to provide three program annual reports no later than July 31, 2025.

In docket 5-RF-2024 the Commission accepted the reports and directed the Division of Energy Regulation and Analysis to inform each electric provider and aggregator of its or its members' compliance with the statute. The motion was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote; commissioners responded "Aye."

In docket 3270-TE-01/21 the Commission moved to accept the applicant's proposed Charge Ahead rider tariff expiration extension and to require the applicant to provide three annual program reports by July 31, 2025. That motion also passed by voice vote after a motion and second.

Both items were presented as suggested minutes associated with the agenda and approved as described in the Commission memoranda.
