By roll call vote, Brooke, Abby and Megan voted “aye,” and the acting chair cast the deciding “aye.” The motion passed.
Sally was recused from this matter and did not participate in the vote. There were no public comments on matters not on the agenda, and trustees approved minutes from June 3 and June 9 earlier in the meeting. The trust noted upcoming meetings on July 1 and July 15 at 12:30 p.m.
