Board approves $52M amendment for John Jay SEA High School renovation; total GMP rises to $57.6M

Amendment No. 2 includes renovation of instructional and CTE spaces, demolition of a rear building and the ROTC building, additional parking, and an alternate scope to reconfigure the front entry with a security lobby and new administrative orientation. The contractor, George General Contractors, and architect Alamo Architects worked with district teams during the design and bidding phases.
