A motion by Mr. Mathias, seconded by Mrs. Cunningham, carried 5-0 to give tentative approval to the policies. The board record indicates the hearing drew no public comment and that the board approved the policies on a tentative basis; the record does not show substantive debate of the policy language during the meeting.
