The Hawaiian Gardens City Public Housing Authority convened its meeting on June 25, 2025, at 5:48 p.m. in the City Council Chambers and unanimously approved the meeting agenda and the consent calendar, Chair member DePaulo confirmed.

The vote came after a roll call that showed Director Jones, Director Farfan, Director Roa and Director Vargas present and Chair member DePaulo presiding. A motion to approve the agenda was made and seconded; the record shows each director voting “yes.” The authority then approved the consent calendar in its entirety by the same unanimous vote.

The meeting contained no public hearings and no discussion items. After routine oral reports and the announcement of an upcoming tenant-landlord workshop, the authority adjourned at 5:51 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2025, at 5:45 p.m.

The actions taken were procedural approvals required to move the authority’s business forward; no ordinances, contracts or new programs were introduced or adopted at the June 25 meeting.
