- Nantucket Islands Land Bank, 41 Jefferson Avenue (notice of intent): Continued to July 10 to await the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program (NHESP) determination and any revised materials. Applicant agreed to the continuance.
- Frost Daisy Field Trust, 74 Madaket Road (amended order of conditions): Approved to accept changes to dwelling and pool locations and the addition of a detached garage outside the 50-foot buffer. Vote: unanimous roll call.
- 3 Millbrook Road (replacement septic with innovative alternative system): Approved with a waiver to place a septic component less than 100 feet from bordering vegetated wetland; conditions require native plantings and restriction on agricultural chemicals. Vote: unanimous roll call.
- Certificates of compliance: The commission issued certificates or partial certificates for multiple properties where work was found to be in substantial compliance or where ongoing conditions remain. Examples include a partial certificate for 196 Hummock Pond Road (ongoing turtle-sweep and lighting/nutrient conditions remain) and certification for 37 Starbuck Road with no ongoing conditions. These were approved by roll call.
- Minor modifications and extensions: The commission approved several minor modifications and extensions for previously approved permits (examples: 11 Osprey Way, 14 Clover Lane extension, 35 Meadowview Drive, among others) by roll call vote; recusals were recorded where applicable.
