Platte County commissioners on June 2 approved a contract with Revolution Data Systems to digitize and index 14 years of the county recorder’s microfiche records for $232,260.93.
County Recorder (Mr. Wright) told the commission that the county had previously worked with a vendor, DocuLok, whose scope did not include microfiche. He said the county “was able to piggyback off of [a] Clay County cooperative agreement” and “go with Revolution for the amount of $232,260.93.” He added that the expense will come from the recorder’s fund rather than general revenue.
The commission moved and seconded approval of 2025CO072; the motion carried on a recorded vote of 2-0. No amendments or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
