Several of those measures were adopted after motions to suspend the rules, and each passed on roll call.
City staff noted the projects will proceed under the terms of the awarded contracts and will be scheduled according to contractor availability and required preconstruction steps. For the sanitary sewer project council documents referenced the use of IIJA (Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act) funding sources for that contract.
