Staff reported that department comments had been addressed and showed photos of the existing ranch‑style brick home and the proposed lot configuration: the existing home will remain on a roughly 0.64‑acre Lot 15 and a new rear lot will be about 0.38 acres.
There were no public comments and the commission approved the final plat by voice vote.
Next steps: the applicant may file the approved plat for recordation and pursue any subsequent building permits as allowed by zoning.
