The Loveland City Council on June 24 adopted two ordinances on second reading.
Ordinance 59 authorizes the city manager to grant an easement to Kelly W. Cox; the council recorded the ordinance as adopted by a 7–0 roll-call vote.
Ordinance 60 transfers real property in East Loveland, Clermont County, Ohio, to the Community Improvement Corporation of Loveland. The council conducted a roll-call vote and the meeting record shows Ordinance 60 adopted by a vote recorded as 7–0.
No public amendments or substantive debate were recorded on either ordinance at the June 24 meeting. Both measures passed on second reading and will be executed according to the administrative processes described in each ordinance.
