Ysleta ISD accepts small vendor donations for technology department and Del Valle High football

Trustee Shane Haggerty moved to accept the Virtual Technologies donation; Trustee Connie Woodruff seconded; the board approved the motion 7–0. A separate motion to accept the Aloha Foods LLC donation to Del Valle High School football was moved and seconded and likewise approved 7–0.
Why it matters: small private donations support district programs and extracurricular activities. Both items were placed on the consent or action agenda and accepted by the board as part of routine fiscal and gifts reporting.
Next steps: administration will process gift acknowledgments and integrate donated resources into the appropriate department budgets.
