Resident offers to fund new memorial for students at Grand County High School

She said community members, including a contractor named Josh Harris, volunteered help and that parents had approved the memorial design.
Board members thanked Rose and agreed to follow up on site coordination and permitting. The speaker emphasized the memorial's importance to families and indicated the community will complete the project if the district can provide minimal logistical support.
