Board members who reviewed the revised materials said the applicant addressed prior concerns about window openings and sliding doors. The motion to approve the COA incorporated staff conditions, including use of clear glass at the front porch, repair in kind with cypress or wood when needed, and coordination with staff on an accessory‑building storage door. The board’s decision was unanimous.
