Cumberland County sets target Nov. 10 go‑live for Infor CloudSuite financial system

Cumberland County Finance Committee members received an update on the county’s migration to the Infor CloudSuite financial system and were told project work is nearing completion by task count and a cutover is targeted for early November.
Beth Chornack, a project presenter, told the committee that recent system integration testing had brought more county staff into scenario testing and produced additional setup items for the project team to address. “It’s actually been closer to 4 months,” she said of the work since the last update. John Crystal, also a presenter, summarized the project’s progress: task-based completion is about 95%, but “based on the time percentage included with that, we’re only 62% of the way to go.”
