Sussex County Council approved two appointments to the county Library Advisory Board during its June 17 meeting. Council approved Mary Holloway for a three‑year appointment representing District 5 and Candace Vicella for a three‑year appointment representing District 3. Both appointments were moved and seconded on the record and carried on unanimous votes.
County Administrator Chip Lawson presented the appointments and said staff had provided information on the candidates to council prior to the meeting. Council recorded the roll calls and the motions passed; no public comment was offered on the appointments.
