Tom Santonello, a representative of Maris, said, "This is the preliminary and final plat to go along with the site plan approved last month. We are working with Gladeville Utility right now to finalize the waterline locations and have spoken with staff about that. Understand that, those, will be finalized before we circulate for signatures." The commission made a motion to approve the plats contingent on the waterline design and the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Discussion focused on process and timing: staff clarified that final signatures will not be issued until the public waterline design and location are finalized by the utility district. No additional conditions were added beyond that contingency.
