Board confirms expulsions and appoints principal and director in closed session

The board further announced it approved, unanimously, two closed-session personnel appointments: Monica Rodriguez as principal for Indio High School (certificated management recommendation) and Carlos Montel as director of nutrition services (classified management recommendation). The motions to appoint were made by Trustee Porras and seconded by Trustee Alvarez and carried unanimously.
