Community facilities districts adopt FY2026 budgets and levy property taxes

A joint meeting of multiple community facilities districts approved resolutions adopting fiscal year 2026 budgets and levying ad valorem property taxes on June 23, 2025, passing the consent agenda 7-0.

The consent agenda covered the following community facilities districts and their listed resolutions: Community Facilities District No. 1 (Res. 2025-203); Palm Filing Community Facilities District No. 3 (Res. 2025-079); Community Facilities Utility District No. 1 (Res. 2025-130); Wildflower Ranch Community Facilities District (Res. 2025-093); Wildflower Ranch Community Facilities District No. 2 (Res. 2025-088); Cottonflower Community Facilities District (Res. 2025-085); Estrella Mountain Ranch Community Facilities District (Res. 2025-167); King Ranch Community Facilities District (Res. 2025-060); Centerra Community Facilities District (Res. 2025-087); Cortina Community Facilities District (Res. 2025-080); and approval of minutes as Item 1.

A board member moved to approve the consent agenda, the motion was seconded, and the chair opened the vote. The chair announced the measure passed 7-0. The meeting record shows there were no speaker cards and no members of the public addressed the board on nonagenda items during this session.

With the consent agenda approved and no further business, the districts' meeting was adjourned and the body proceeded to its city council meeting.
