She offered to provide a pricing breakdown and scoring sheet by email at Legislator Smith's request.
Legislator Peyton moved to recommend adoption after the staff explanation; the motion carried on a voice vote. Committee members discussed that pricing and local capacity were key selection criteria and that staff would send detailed scoring documentation to legislators who requested it.
